Synopsis

An​ ​innocent​ ​sleepover​ ​becomes​ ​a​ ​nightmarish​ ​evening​ ​when​ ​two​ ​girls​ ​summon​ ​a cryptic​ ​masked​ ​man​ ​known​ ​as​ ​Mr.​ ​Rabbity.

About the Filmmaker

Born​ ​and​ ​raised​ ​in​ ​Victoria,​ ​British Columbia,​ ​Ariel​ ​entered​ ​the​ ​film​ ​industry​ ​as​ ​an​ ​actor,​ ​working​ ​on​ ​various​ ​award​ ​winning​ ​films, before​ ​adding​ ​directing​ ​to​ ​her​ ​skillset​ ​with​ ​her​ ​first​ ​two​ ​shorts​ ​Ready​ ​to​ ​Burst​ ​and​ ​The​ ​Man​ ​in the​ ​Rabbit​ ​Mask.​ ​She​ ​then​ ​co-directed/co-wrote​ ​Paint​ ​the​ ​Town​ ​Red​ ​with​ ​fellow​ ​Bad​ ​Cookie Topher​ ​Graham.​ ​She​ ​recently​ ​completed​ ​filming​ ​on​ ​her​ ​fourth​ ​short​ ​film,​ ​Nepenthes,​ ​which​ ​was successfully​ ​crowdfunded​ ​as​ ​a​ ​part​ ​of​ ​the​ ​Bad​ ​Cookie​ ​Combo​ ​and​ ​is​ ​due​ ​out​ ​in​ ​early​ ​2018.
